Electronic mail files can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Access. They can be sent via email to a printer or mail house to have the names and addresses printed directly on to the campaign literature in presorted order.

PPC’s mail files can be “householded” upon request. This means, that for homes that contain more than one voter, you do not wind up paying for multiple postage, and brochures that all end up in the same mailbox. This can result in huge savings for your campaign.
