Instructions for opening your "zipped" file after downloading

You will need a file extraction program such as WinZIP or WinRAR to "unpack" your downloaded file.

After downloading and installing WinRAR, you can simply "right-click" on the downloaded file and select "Extract Here". Your files will be extracted to the same location of the original ZIP file.

Instructions for viewing your files in Microsoft Excel

• Open Microsoft Excel
• Go to File/Open
• Browse to the location of the extracted .dbf file
• Change "Files of type" to All Files *.*
• Click the Open button
